Orders are shipped within 3 to 10 business days from reciept of order. If there is problem with getting your purchase out within 3 business days we will notify you by e-mail.
At BootWorksUSA.com, your satisfaction is important to us. In the event that you need to return an item, we require a request in writing (e-mail or snail mail) specifying the reason for return. We will then issue to you a Return Authorization Number. If the return is for size or fit related reasons please advise us of your corrected size for replacement and we will re-ship your new size at once. You will be responsible for return freight and we will re-ship freight free. Your account will be charged for the 2nd. item and then credit back when we recieve the 1st. item back. In the event the merchandise is defective, all credits will be subject to inspection by our staff. If the product has failed due to manufacturing or materials defect, we will issue a full credit or replace the item(s). Products that are worn past the normal life expectancy or products showing abuse will not be credited. New Shoes that need to be returned must be in the condition you recieved them and in the original box. When returning items they must be wrapped or enclosed in another box so as not to damage the original. In returning items for credit there will be a $5.00 service charge all merchandise.
